2010 eduWeb Conference - July 26th - 28th

Conference Rates
• SPECIAL: Conference Registration (October - December 31, 2009): $550
(If you register via purchase order/check, your payment must be received by 12/31/09; no exceptions.)
• Early Bird Conference Registration (January 1 - June 28, 2010): $595
• Regular Conference Registration (June 29 - July 26, 2010): $695

Each conference registration includes the following:
• General sessions and conference presentations
• Conference materials
• Mondays Reception; Tuesday: Continental Breakfast, Buffet Luncheon, PM Refreshment Break (tentative); Wednesday: Continental Breakfast
• Wireless Internet Access in Conference Areas

Workshop Rates - $250 per
NOTE: workshops are 3 hours in length and are held Monday, 9 am - Noon

Seminar Rate - FREE
Google seminar is 3 hours in length and is being held Monday, 9 am - Noon

Discounts
• Presenter discount: $75 off conference registration
• Multiple attendee discount, from the same institution:
• First 2 attendees - regular registration cost
• 3 or more attendees - $75 off per (NOTE: have to register as a group)
• Only 1 discount per registrant

Cancellations
If you cancel your paid conference registration before June 11, 2010, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $300 processing fee per canceled registrant. (NOTE: If you cancel your paid workshop registration before June 11, 2010, you will receive a refund of your registration fee minus a $100 processing fee per canceled registrant.) After that date, no refunds. Other options include: (1) if someone else in your institution wants to attend instead, your registration can be transferred to them, but not outside the institution; or (2) if you want to have a credit of your registration fee, minus the processing fee, for next year’ s conference, that is offered as an option.

Delivery Method of Registration
You will receive an email confirmation when you have purchased a Registration online; if you send in a check, with the print version of the Registration enclosed, you will receive a fax back of that paper Registration stating “PAID.” If, for some reason, your online registration does not go through properly, you will still receive an email, but it stating an error of some sort that prevented the online Registration from processing correctly. You will need to redo your Registration again for you to be properly registered for the eduWeb Conference.
