2010 Information for Exhibitors & Sponsors:

Table space (not booths) and sponsorship opportunities are available on a first-come paid, first-served basis. For more information on either opportunity, please .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) the conference.

Exhibitor Tables -
ALL SOLD
• $1000 (State Room); $900 (Huron Room)

•  One (1) 6’ x 30” skirted table (not a booth) and two (2) chairs per exhibitor
•  Company logo, name and descriptive text with link on conference website
•  Listing and 50 word description with logo in conference program
•  1/4 page ad in conference program; upgraded ads available at additional cost (see below)
•  One(1) complimentary ticket to conference and related events for exhibitor staff; additional exhibitor staff: $250 per person
•  One (1) piece of marketing literature (up to 8.5 x 11”) inserted into attendee packet
•  Registered attendee list (one electronic list 6 weeks prior to event; one electronic list 1 week prior to event; one final electronic list within 30 days after the event)

The Conference does not make recommendations for prime/best space for your exhibitor table.

Shipping and Receiving
NOTE: Please email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) eduWeb Conference, AND .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address), The Doubletree Hotel, when you have shipped your materials - for your marketing literature AND Exhibitor Table. See the two mailing address below.

• A $25.00 package handling charge will apply for each 100 pounds delivered. Any one article weighing greater than 100 pounds shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitor for delivery, handling and set-up.

• All boxes must be labeled with the meeting or group name, date(s) of the event, group on-site contact and the hotel convention service manager. The hotel cannot assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left or sent to the hotel prior to, during or following the function.

• Due to limited storage space at the hotel, please inform the eduWeb Conference (so they can notify the hotel) in advance of any shipments you make to the hotel. Any materials left behind without shipping instructions will be discarded within three (3) business days.

• Any materials shipped by the hotel requested by the group is subject to the standard shipping costs, a $5.00 per box handling fee.  All boxes and packages that are received at the hotel, is subject to a storage fee of $5.00 per box per day / $150.00 per pallet per day.

• Any freight or shipping charges incurred as a result of materials, literature, audio/visual, video equipment, books, binders, etc. being shipped to the hotel remain the sole responsibility of the conference, association or group.

Exhibitors who elect to send marketing materials as part of their exhibitor agreement shall be solely responsible for all costs associated with production, storage and delivery of those materials to/from the conference. Any remaining or leftover materials will be distributed to the vendor at the conference. If the exhibitor elects to not retain these, the conference will dispose of these as they see fit.

The Conference is not responsible for any misguided or lost materials not received two days prior to the state of the conference. Any materials received after the cut-off date of Saturday, July 24, 2010, will not be included in the attendee packets. Hand delivered materials cut off is Sunday, July 25th, 2010 at 12 noon at the Chicago Doubletree Hotel Magnificent Mile.
